Interview process was simple and strait-forward. They were very quick to respond to my application. I started out with a phone interview with my recruiter. Then met via Zoom with the hiring manager, and met in-person with the rest of the team for the final interview.

I have enjoyed my time working for Alliance, the focus is definitely on patient satisfaction and what is best for them. I do feel the caseload is high given we are salaried - seeing 40 hours of patients a week with no built in documentation time, physician contact time, peer-to-peer time, etc gets to be a lot sometimes. Overall I've learned a lot and feel my patients get good care without being too too busy.
